When planning a baby one has to count for sleepless nights. All new parents will be exhausted. Evenings will consist of hours of rocking your baby to sleep. You’ll have to share your bed with little ones for years to come. We have all heard the stories about children who don’t sleep.

I WANT YOU TO KNOW IT DOESN’T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY.

I am a mother to three boys and from experience understand the problems children can develop around sleep and the challenges parents may face. I have practised sleep training methods for the last five years and know what works and what doesn’t. I am convinced that every healthy baby and toddler is able to sleep for at least 12 consecutive hours of good quality sleep as long as they have adequate support and guidance. Sleep is such an important factor in the development of a child’s nervous system and body, and I am passionate about supporting parents on this journey.

I’m equally happy to work with babies who are not keen to sleep through the night as well as little ones who tend to journey from their own beds to mummy and daddy by morning. I aim to get to the bottom of any specific sleep issues of your baby and work out a sleep plan that works for you and your family.

I want to give parents practical tips and knowledge so the whole family can feel well-rested.
